Eating better and being more active
Recover completely from 4 surgeries after an auto accident.
I just want to be more active.
I wish there was a way to motivate myself.
I want to take more time to destress and maybe try meditation.
My first steps are drinking more water and being more consistent with exercising (as in, do more than walk the dog).
I really need to be MOTIVATED, which is super difficult for me, in losing weight. Any suggestions......

I joined weight watchers last week. Goal is to lose 80-90 pounds. I lost 7 my first week!
I have been trying to de-stress by using pampering products such as moisturizers, lotions, soaps, etc.
My goal is to reduce my stress by trying Meditation I'm already on my way!!!
I'm already a member and would love to eat more fresh fruit and veggies
I plan to limit my portions & drinks lots of more water.
