I heard about the amazing effects of these vitamins and thought that it would great to try. I took them for about three weeks. I ended up having really strange side effects. I had a very difficult time falling asleep. Also, once I finally fell asleep, I would oversleep. Even when I stopped taking them, it took about a week for my sleep habits to return to normal.I am not sure why this happened. I don't take any medications so it was not due to any interference from that.
