Makes: 12 Cups
Description: This is a delicious coleslaw to serve at summer bbqs, picnics and get togethers with friends. I love it because it is vegan and tastes amazing so it will please everyone at your party.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup
vegan egg-free mayonnaise
3 tbsp
white vinegar
2 tbsp
soy milk
1 head
green cabbage, sliced
3 whole
carrots, grated
1 dash
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Whisk together the vegan mayonnaise, vinegar, soy milk and salt and pepper until smooth.
Add the carrots and cabbage and gently toss to combine.
Allow to chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
