Party Worthy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Makes: 3 cups

Description: Hot and creamy spinach artichoke dip that the whole crowd will enjoy. Plus homemade tortilla chips that everbody will want to get their hands on!!!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup  sour cream
1/4 cup  mayo
8oz  cream cheese
1/4 cup  parm. cheese
8oz  italian style shredded cheese
1/3 cup  frozen spinach
1 can  artichoke hearts
1 pkg  flour tortillas
used to fry tortillas  cooking oil

Instructions: Soften cream cheese. Add to it the mayo, sour cream, parm. cheese, thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, and all but 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Mix well, put it in a small glass baking dish, add the last of the cheese on top to cover. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until the cheese on top is browned.

Optional "chips"
On med- high heat, heat oil. Cut the tortillas in halves then thirds to make "chips" Fry in oil and cool on paper towel----enjoy :)
