Makes: 3 servings
Description: Delicious and packed with nutrition! This takes NO time at all to create.
Ingredients:
4 slices
Trader Joes Turkey Bacon-diced
1 jar
Wolf Gang Puck Four Cheese Pasta Sauce
Large
Spaghetti squash-cooked and scraped out
to taste
Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Cook bacon, just until "cooked", do not brown or crisp it.
Add in entire jar of sauce (and if you want either baby food carrots or squash for extra veggie packed action)
Let the bacon and sauce simmer for 10 mins
Add in parmesan (I used around a generous 1/4 a cup)
Pour sauce over spaghetti squash strands

I love spaghetti squash but instead of turkey bacon I use ground turkey mixed in . And tastes just like spaghetti but low carb .
