Soft chocolate chip cookies

Makes: 20 20

Description: Soft and delicious chocolate chip cookies. no brown sugar required.

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups  flour
1 teaspoon  baking soda
1/2 teaspoon  salt
1 cup  butter, softened
3/4 cup  white sugar
2  eggs
2 teaspoon  vanilla extract
2 cups  chocolate chips

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F

Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until it is smooth. Beat in the eggs. Stir in vanilla. Blend in the sifted ingredients to form a soft dough.

Stir in the chocolate chips.

Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake 8-11 minutes or until golden brown.

Let cool 5 minutes on a cookie rack.

Eat and enjoy!

I give this recipe 5 stars! Following this recipe as stated the cookies came out pretty much like the picture and was so chewy in the middle with crisper edges. Just how my family loves them! I must say I will be adding this recipe to my book, so thank you Leilani93 for contributing this. I look foward to trying more recipes and giving my review!!
