Description: This is a nice, simple fat-free cooked spinach recipe. Vegan Friendly! Tasty too! Feel free to add your own spices to kick it up :)
Ingredients:
1 package
Fresh Spinach (about 4-5 cups)
3 Sprays
PAM Olive Oil Spray
1 Shake
Black Pepper
1 Sprinkle
Garlic Salt
1 Tbsp
Mrs. Dash Original Blend Seasoning
Instructions: Rinse spinach. Spray a medium-sized pan with PAM. Put it on Medium heat. Add rinsed spinach to pan (it will look like a ton of spinach in one pan). Cook it for about five minutes and increase the heat as necessary; you can even add a top to your pan if you are in a rush. Use a spatula to move the spinach around and cook evenly. Add the pepper, garlic salt and seasoning to the spinach while it is cooking in the pan. Once all the spinach as shrank, tada, you're done!
A wonderful dip when hot off the grill (or out of the oven). Quick, easy, and I use disposable aluminum pie/cake containers, so clean up is a breeze!
