I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for Christmas last year. The shoes were of good quality but if you ever have to return anything, you may be in for a long process. It took me several phone calls to try to get the shoes returned (size did not run true on these particular shoes) and the rep kept telling me they mailed my labels. Told them to email them after 5 calls and 2 months of waiting. Still did not get the labels. 5 months later, ended up selling them on ebay at a loss. Good shoes, bad service. That is why the 3 stars.
