Description: Perfect smoothie for hot weather. Antioxidants on deck!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup
Frozen blackberries
1/2 cup
Blueberries

Frozen strawberries

Small/medium sized green apples
1
Large carrot
Instructions:
1. Core and slice apples
2. Chop carrot
3. Throw everything in your blender and push the "on" button.
Literally that's all there is to it!
