Makes: 16 1oz servings
Description: Cream cheese ball with ranch and rotisserie, seasoned chicken breast. You don't have to use chicken breast, you can choose whichever meat you prefer. I do like the thinner slices, they are easier to mix.
Ingredients:
2
8oz Cream Cheese
1 package
Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing/dip mix
4-6oz
Oscar Meyer Deli sliced Rotisserie Chicken Breast (chopped)
Instructions: Let cream cheese soften to room temp. Cut the chicken breast into small strips or pieces, which ever you prefer. I like to use extra meat, but that is just me. Set the meat to the side and add the Ranch Mix to the softened cream cheese and mix well (I use my hands to mix it, I would suggest taking off any rings so that the cream cheese doesn't get stuck in them). After the ranch is mixed in, add the meat and mix again. Form a ball and wrap with clear wrap and place into fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm. I like to serve with a variety of crackers to meet the taste of most, but might I suggest the Bacon Flavored Ritz. They are wonderful and taste even better with this Cheese ball. Hope you all enjoy.
