I picked up this little gem at Sally's Beauty for under $2. Proclaim is a thick hand lotion that smells like a beach with the scent of coconut and macadamia oil. I purposely held my hand upright to show how thick this lotion is and that it does not run. And, it does not have a greasy feeling or finish either. If you like the smell of the beach, this is something to check into.
