Description: Great for a quick, tasty snack.
Ingredients:
2 cups
Mash potatoes
2 tbsp
Onions, chopped
1
egg white
2 cups
All-purpose flour
2 tbsp
Salt and pepper
Instructions: Combine potatoes, egg white, onion, salt and pepper. Make small cakes and fry in oil, browning on both sides.
