Best machine for pastas! It took me a while to decide to buy this machine and I hope I bought it earlier. Very powerful, add flour and then water drop from the top, you are done. I use it to make pasta, and believe or not mini doughs for soup, very delicious! It is pretty easy to clean, 2 tips - you'd either clean it while its wet right after the machine finishes, or leave it for a while till the flour and leftover doughs are dried out. My son always prefer the fresh pasta than the store bought bags.

I like this but the dough extruder doesn't always work. It just rolls the dough around and you have to manually push the dough around.

BEST PASTA MACHINE If you love fresh pasta , or even or even if you like pasta at all this is the kitchen gadget for you !!Think of it like a Keurig for Pasta , this machine does it all it needs , it extracts it has dyes for ever type of pasta you will ever need .All you do is add flour , eggs ( if you want and depending on what kind of pasta you are making and water or even veggie juices . In under 15 minutes from start to finish . It is a little on the pricey side however I never have to buy pasta again, and I use it at least once a week. I got our at Williams Sonoma only because it comes with all the dyes you will ever need with the exception of the cookie dye, and yes it will make cookie dough also !!
