I have very long hair, that is very fine, but very thick and curly. I love love love the Ice Shine line! I have been using it for about 4 months now, and have been very pleased with it. I do use a clarifying shampoo once or twice a week, but I have been doing that for years.

When my hairdresser was washing my hair last month she knew right away that I was using Pantene without my teller her. She said Pantene builds up on the hair a lot. Although at the beginning it makes your hair feel better, it's not actually nourishing the hair and the scalp. I would suggest not using it, or rotating it with a clarifying shampoo once a week to refresh.

The entire Ice Shine line is really good. I saw a huge difference in my hair. Even if I just use the shampoo with other brand products, it helps to boost up the shine.

very good. I love it it gives excellent shine but on the other hand looks crunchy if you use too much.
