Easy to use I got this for straining my flower infused coconut oil and it is a total game changer! I just place the cheesecloth inside the ricer & then put the oil & flower that had been cooking together inside the cheesecloth & then strain. It's so easy and strains so much more oil than just using my hands!

Essential for the best mashed potatoes I received this as a holiday gift, to replace another ricer that broke. Was initially skeptical about this, as the container for the potatoes is relatively small, but was happily surprised at how easily this gets through a lot of potatoes. It's very sturdy, and it's easy to push the potatoes through. Also works great for roasted squash.
