Mexican casserole

Makes: 6 servings

Description: Cheesy crunchy mexican casserole! It's so yummy and easy!

Ingredients:
1 lb  Hamburger meat
1 can  Cresent rolls
1 packet  taco seasoning
8 oz  sour cream
3/4 cup  crushed doritos or chili cheese fritos
2 cups  shredded cheese

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown the meat and drain. Add taco seasoning and a little water and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Place cresent rolls in the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish and press down until bottom is covered. Place seasoned meat on top cresent rolls. Layer with sour cream, cheese, then sprinkle with chips. Bake for 30 minutes. It's so delicious and the kids love it! Can also use turkey meat, fat free sour cream, and low fat cheese to make it healthier
