ground beef or turkey
Italian bread crumbs
parmesan or romano cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ground beef/turkey, egg, bread crumbs, water, cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl and kneed until well blended. Roll into balls to the size of your liking and place on a non-stick pan. Cook for 30-45 minutes and enjoy!
