Marinated T-bone Steak on the Grill

This recipe has alcohol in the marinade. Beer and worcestershire sauce with seansonings. I let mine marinade for at least 2hrs. Longer is always better.

I use 4 T-bones for this. Poke each steak on both sides with a fork. Pour half the bottle of beer evenly over steaks. Shake about 1/4 of cup of Worcestershire sauce over steaks. I can't say how much of each season to use. I shake a fair amount to cover each steak. Rub seasoning into steak on both sides. It doesn't matter the order you put the seasonings on the steak. I put two steaks into large ziploc bags and pour half of the marinade mixture in each bag. Then put in refrigerator for at least two hours.
