Cookie the size of a child?s ear. Cannot recommend. Inflation and greed has hit this company hard. Just like my beloved Entenmann?s Rich Chocolate Donuts, this treat seems to be vanishing before our eyes! The original packaging- 18oz. At some point, went down to 15 oz over the last few years or maybe before the pandemic. Now the package is just under 12 oz and the cookies are the size of a child?s ear. They?re also hard and lacking the generous chocolate morsels like before. Another victim of the bygone era. Goodbye beloved Soft Batch. :(

I wish these were sent yearly to my house free because I can eat them all day .

Soo yummy These are absolutely delicious !! Usually I don't like store bought cookies but these are so yummy ! Try putting them in the microwave for 15 seconds and omg it's just like homemade cookies !!

Other than my own home baked chocolate chip cookies, these are the best! I like the soft texture and the flavor is what you would expect from a good chocolate chip cookie.

Childhood cookies My mom used to buy these for us and now I buy them for my kids. Pop them into the microwave for a few seconds and they taste like fresh baked cookies out of the oven!

Great cookies! These are my favorite cookies ever! They are the perfect amount of softness and they just melt in your mouth without leaving a weird aftertaste like some other soft or chewy cookies do. There is a perfect amount of chocolate chips. I love these!
