Makes: 2 Loaves
Description: Homemade Zucchini Bread
Ingredients:
2 cups
Shredded Zucchini
3 cups
Flour
1 cup
Sugar
1 tsp
Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp
Salt
3/4 Cup
Applesauce
2
Eggs
1 tsp
baking soda
1/3 cup
Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp
Vanilla
1/4 tsp
Baking Powder
Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Combine zucchini, applesauce, egg, oil, and vanilla together in large bowl
Step 3
Add in the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder and mix well
Step 4
Divide the dough into 2 medium size loaf pans
Step 5
Cook for about an hour or until no longer doughy on the inside
