Description: Green chili homemade. Family-friendly meal.
Ingredients:
2
Boneless pork chops
2 cans
Cream of mushroom soup
2 cans
Cream of celery soup
1 can
Green chilies
1 box
Instant white rice
1 tablespoon
Butter
Instructions:
Cut boneless pork chops into half inch cubes, salt and pepper. Put butter and chilies in a pan on medium heat, fry pork chop cubes until golden brown.
In a saucepan make instant rice as instructed on the box to your liking.
Add cans of mushroom soup and celery soup to pork chops, bring to a slight boil. Add rice or place rice in a bowl and top with green chili.
The name is a mouthful but after you get a mouthful of this dish you won't care if someone asks you to say it 5 times fast.
