Makes: 2 dozen
Description: These "fun" cookies are a big hit at our house! And super easy to make!
Ingredients:
1 pkg.
Pillsbury Funfetti Cake Mix
1/3 cup
vegetable oil
2
eggs
1/2 can
vanilla frosting
Instructions: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cake mix, oil and eggs until thoroughly moistened. Shape dough into 1"; balls and place 2'; apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten cookie balls to 1/4" thickness with bottom of glass dipped in flour. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool one minute before removing from pan. Spread frosting over cookies and immediately sprinkle each with candy bits (optional). Let frosting set before storing. Store in tightly covered container.

These are so easy and yummy to make! One box will not work in my house. Have to make at least two when I do these cookies :)
I am such a huge fan of the funfetti frosting, so once I saw these little goodies I knew I'd be hooked. My son and I make these paired with that amazing frosting and it is an all around winner!
