Description: Easy, fast, fruit crunch/cobbler. I make mine with canned peaches, you can use whatever fruit you like.
Ingredients:
1 cup
flour
2 cups
oatmeal
1.5 cups
brown sugar
2 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
salt
1 cup
butter, melted
2 cans
peaches
Instructions:
Mix together flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
Pour the peaches, with liquid, into a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with topping.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes.
