Easy Pudding Cookies

Makes: 42 cookies

Description: These cookies are a crowd favorite! I recently made them for our Christmas Eve get together and they got rave reviews from anyone who snatched one!! Yummy!!

Ingredients:
1 Cup  Butter or margarine soffentend
1 Cup  Packed Brown Sugar
1 pkg 3.9 oz  Jell-o Chocolate Instant Pudding
2  Eggs
1 tsp  Baking Soda
2 Cups  Flour
1pkg  White chocolate chips

Instructions: 1) Heat Oven to 350

2) Beat butter or margarine and sugar in a large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add dry pudding mix; beat until well blended. Add eggs and baking soda: mix well. Gradually add flour, beating after each addition until well blended. Stir in chips.

3) Drop tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.

4) Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 1 min on baking sheets; remove to wire racks. Cool completely.

The best thing about these is that they STAY SOFT!!!!! If you use vanilla pudding and chocolate chips you can make REGULAR chocolate chip cookies..........the only recipe I use!!!!!!
