Farmer's Reserve Butter from Darigold I recently tried the Farmer's Reserve Extra Creamy Unsalted Butter from Darigold. This butter comes in an 8 oz package, but it is in a solid chunk rather than separate ¼ pound quarters. For the purpose of measuring, I am used to the quarters, but this butter is so creamy and smooth that it took no time for me to overlook this slight difference and get down to pure enjoyment. One of my favorite memories as a child was the smell and taste of homemade pancakes with lots of creamy butter melting in the middle and syrup dripping down the sides. This butter made me feel like I was a kid again. So delicious and creamy! And it really made my baked goods taste great! I can't wait for the Holidays to roll around so I can use this butter for all of my baking!
