That's why they call it a hardcover What's wrong with the old husband? Did he not take care of you enough? Is he a drunkard not fit for action? I once met a man who gave me a convertible for Arbor day, but then it turns out that he smelled horrible, so I took the car and left the country. My name is Willomena.

A great thriller Having read the author previous book Saving Meghan a very good thriller I know that I would not be disappointed by this book and I am happy to say I was not. Nina Garrity and her husband Glen are happily married with two kids Maggie and Connor. One day Glen's fishing boat is found abandoned with the family dog Daisy on board. They also find blood and think that Glen fell overboard and drowned. Nina learns that he may have run off with another woman. But did he really leave them. Soon Nina meets Simon they begin dating, soon are buying a house together. But there is a side of Simon that Nina does not know about. Maggie her daughter has seen and she is scared of Simon. But Nina does not believe her when Maggie tells her about Simon. She thinks the reason that Maggie has a problem with Simon and does not like him is because he is not Glen. Nina starts to see things in Simon he is a little controlling and wonders is Maggie right about him. There is a lot more to this book but I am not one to give much away in a review. I will say there are a a lot of twists that will keep you guessing on what is going to happen next. This book is a good thriller that will not only keep you up reading, turning pages and saying just one more chapter.
