Makes: 18 muffins
Description: I found this recipe by mistake on the net.. Most awsome mistake to find!!
Ingredients:
1 3/4 c
flour
2/3 c
sugar
2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
3-4
large bananas
1/3 c
butter
2 tbsp
milk
2
eggs
1/3 c
chopped walnuts
1 c
chocolate chips
Instructions:
In mixing bowl combine 1 cup of flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda & salt.
Add bananas (mash them first), butter & milk. Mix low until blended, then on high for 2 min. Add eggs and remaining flour, beat until blended. Stir in the nuts & chocolate chips.
