I was hesitant to use it. But I love it.

every flat iron I have ever owned has been Chi and I am not disappointed. Their products last for a long time and are well worth the price. I got this iron from Ulta when they were having a special so it came with a heat proof carrying case and a few other goodies. This really does cut the time it takes to do my hair in half. I dont use it on soaking wet hair because I feel like it doesn't give me the volume I want. I usually towel dry my hair for a few minutes and then run this through and it works great. Never had a problem

i love this flat iron but i will not starighten my hair while its sitl wet. It makes like this noise and it screams out to me i am frying your hair. Also it makes it really frizzy. This works well as a touch up straitener for me

This is by far the best Flat Iron I have ever used. I have very long but, wavy hair. Doing my hair has always been a chore to go from wet to finished without damaging my hair. I had tried everything from Ion Hairdryers to trying to use other models of Flat Irons.. Nothing worked until I bought this Chi Wet to Dry Flat Iron. Now I don't have the endless minutes of blow drying and risking breakage and wondering if I will be late because my hair just won't dry fast enough depending on the humidity. Now I toss dry with a towel and spritz on some thermal shield and can use multiple settings to dry and straighten my hair with one beauty tool. This is great for the holidays when you are rushing around trying to get everything done before your family event or a night out to celebrate. It is really great to get those straight styles that will actually bring more attention to your face. Curly styles take attention away, but straight styles can bring attention back so you can get noticed for that extra glitz or sparkle you add to your eyes or your face makeup or blush. My Chi Wet to Dry Flat Iron has taken the stress out of doing my long hair. My best friend loves my Chi too and she has finer, shorter hair. We tried it out for her and got so much body for her hair that now she wants one. Keep it between us but she will have one under her tree for Christmas. Besties take care of one another!!

I've never used a flat iron until I got this one and I relly like it. My hair is straight on the top and wavy underneath and this works well to iron out those waves. I dry my hair until it's damp and then use this on a lower setting (300-350).

I do hair and this is my #1 iron i have used!!!! Its smooth, no drag, seals in the moisture awesome!!!! Its digital, with a low setting for dry fine hair, a high temp for wet or stubborn dry hair!!!! As with all irons you do need to go through it with small sections and when you are doing a wet to dry they need to be really small, but works like a champ!!!!! Be aware that as you are doing wet to dry you will get STEAM, but its normal and it does not dry or damage your hair!!! But as for all irons, do put a pertective serum or product on hair to pertect your hair! Best of all Its made in the USA!!!!!!
