Breyers Delights For diet ice cream, it is pretty good. Good calorie and protein count! Cookies and cream has always been one of my favorites!

Breyer's Delights This was the new reduced-fat Breyer's ice cream. 330 calories and 20 grams of protein for the whole pint. It was creamy like a real ice cream, but we didn't love the aftertaste. And we wish the cookies were bigger chunks. But if you want something refreshing that is not too sweet and low-cal, it is worth a try.
