Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

Makes: 48 Poppers

Description: Perfect Superbowl Snack!

Ingredients:
1  8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 cup  shredded Mexican cheese blend
4  minced garlic cloves
24  jalapeños
24  bacon slices (not cooked), cut in half

Instructions: Soak 48 skewers or toothpicks in water for 30 minutes; drain.

Meanwhile, combine cheeses and garlic.

Cut jalapeños in half. Remove seeds and membranes. Spoon about 1 tbsp. cheese mixture in each half. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each half, and secure with a skewer or toothpick.

Place peppers on grill rack and grill 9-12 minutes until bacon is crisp, turning frequently.
